i could tell even with the rust on that it was a nice knife, but DANG. i’ve done that thin-sheet daikon thing with a brand new ceramic knife and it wasn’t easy. i bet if you talk in the same room as that thing the sound gets chopped up.

I believe this now qualifies as a Vorpal Blade

that knife is actually of a decent brand
