Why would you put raw chicken into a soup and have it cook in the broth and spread its disgusting pathogens and shit. That’s a chunk of a raw dead animal just floating in your soup 😷
that’s how…. cooking works
No you definitely wanna bake or cook the chicken separately first before dropping it and swirling it in a thing of soup.
how do you think chicken stock is made… or gravy..
how do these people even leave the house
1. It’s perfectly fine to cook raw chicken (or any meat) in your noodle soup from the start. However, if you want to make a more visually appealing soup/stoke with bigger chunk of meat (like a stew), you should
blanch
your meat, aka you put your meat into another bowl of almost-boiling water, wait until the water boils, take the meat out, then put the fast-boiled meat into your soup/broth. This way, you’ll get rid of the blood and tissue-foam from the meat and your soup/broth will not only look clear but also without the blood stink.
2. If you want to make a good poached egg without boiling another bowl of water, wait until your bowl of lamen boils, turn town the fire until the water just stop bubbling, move the noodle away to make a clear space, crack an egg in, let the just about boiling water to cook the egg for about 3 min and viola, you get a perfectly poached egg.
