Yet ppl don’t understand how white privilege still exists in brown n black countries

I think about this almost daily.

And they still forget most of those nations are poor, broken and destabilized because of Europe.

Korea was divided because of Cold War (US v.s. Soviet Russia).

Japan was forced to open their “trade” with the West by a US fleet led by Matthew Calbraith Perry.

So even though they were technically not under European control, they were under White/Western control/influence.
