JK Rowling only said Dumbledore was gay because there weren’t any risks, the books were finished. Now she’s decided they aren’t, there are risks again and she’s chosen the same spineless path she’s used to. She is no LGBTQ ally.

JK Rowling didn’t write any lgbt+ stuffs in the books, nor in the movies (not any that I remember), so they are safe to be aired in anti lgbt+ countries. Those countries don’t care about what she wrote on twitter since it’s not shown in the “canon” materials. However, if the new movie did show Dumbledore as gay, and the movie company/JK Rowling confirm this is the case for the movie, those countries will 100% ban it. (Like they did for Beauty and the Beast or whatever movie that has a gay couple in the background)
