Tbh the sole reason that Europe and the US were so obsessed in painting Greece “white” over the years was because they couldn’t accept that the civilisation that was the base for their own world was far more anatolian (Eastern) and “colourful” than they’d ever like to admit, without ruining their (racist) societal structures at the time.
They just want to steal your stuffs and claim it to their own white-white ideas
