Anyone of any race can wear a quipao.
It is simply a daily dress like suits, there’s no requirement for qualification to wear it. If you want to wear quipao just go ahead. Wear a well tailored quipao to a formal
banquet. Wear a simple cotton quipao to watch a movie. Wear a cheap-looking sexy quipao to have fun with your partner. They are all fine.
