Please stop perpetuating the misinformation this article proclaims. The guy is not a protester, he lives in Hamburg where the riots were happening. He himself said he wanted to take a look at the whole situation that was happening back then. Not protest anything. A Danish reporter speaking very broken English with him started to tell this story and then everyone seems to have added more bullshit on the way.

Also the claim of police brutality is not true. They were trying to protect the city from a group called “Schwarzer Block” who were actively destroying property all along the streets. If anyone knows about the riots Hamburg experiences basically every year (especially labour day) then they know how viciously these guys love to damage property. People need to stop instrumentalize each and every thing they think they see (and unserstand) on the net. And start fact checking. It’s not that hard.
