Is it true that the creepy bird head kid is the landmark of Taipei?

Yes and no? XD

It is located in one of the many passage linking the Taipei main station subway and underground mall (we have these underground malls which are basically long underground passage but with shops on both sides), you won’t miss it if you happen to see it because it’s so out of no where.

It is not really a landmark in the traditional sense but it has become an urban legend of sort after it was made an internet meme, in which the “birdman” is either a horror film monster prowling after the underground mall opening time, or a status to seal the true evil in the underground mall, so it’s famous among younger people who’s familiar with internet stuffs and has become a popular spot for people to meet up.
