so i absolutely want to work more on the reverse!AU people have going on for hank and connor. i’ve seen a lot of ideas floating around, i have my own, and i have a thing started but i’m trying to sort out my own thoughts.
like for example i could see also swapping chloe and kamski, but i can’t fathom a decent swap with, say, leo and markus. you feel me?

It’s a reverse Hank and Connor AU. Hank is an early prototype android RK100. Cyberlife planned on developing a detective android, but his interactive and social programming was too… expressive, so the project was discontinued and they put the prototype in storage. But when deviants started to catch the police’s eyes, Cyberlife reactivated and sent Hank to help the investigation.
Connor, on the other hand, is a genius detective who graduated first in the academy. He is calm and collected, and is regarded by his colleagues as cold and “more like an android than an actual android”. He is the adopted son of Amanda, and her way of raising largely contributed to his personality.
Hank is a deviant from start on, people in Cyberlife don’t know it because they think Hank’s bad temper it’s just the “faulty” personality software working up. After being sent to the police station, Hank is being careful when making report, he doesn’t want Cyberlife to find out that he is a deviant.
Hank went to help Markus, no struggle at all. His red wall was down long time ago. Connor tried to stop Hank in Cyberlife Tower, and Hank was angry that how could Connor, being a human, not knowing the desire of being free .
I love this setting because most of the Hank Connor reverse fics I’ve read change Hank’s personality, but this person thought of a great way to keep Hank the same despite being an android. And I love the idea of a human learning to be human from an android. You don’t really see that often. Too bad they didn’t make it a fic…
