OH FUCK WHERE ARE THE SUBTITLES

I was suprised to know that US and most of the EU countries don’t have subtitles… how do people with hearing proplems enjoy movie? Do they have special theaters with subtitles? It’s so unfair. A simple subtitle could let them enjoy movie easily.
