Venom #9 thoughts:
I don’t trust the writer enough to be too emotionally involved but if we take what’s shown in the comic at face value, Carl Brock is even worse than I thought and I need Eddie Brock to adopt his little brother (whose age can be his son for Knull’s sake).
However, the total denial of Mary Brock by Carl Brock looks tricky. Either the old man is in complete denail, or there’s something fishy about him. Or he is a fake. Which means Dylan is a fake too. And the whole thing is just someone or some organization tricking Eddie for something.
If it turns out that this whole ordeal is just in Eddie’s head, that he is in some kind of mind palace simulation, I will be very upset.
